“our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!!”

“The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. Not to mention we booked a room with a balcony and this one did not have one so they didn't even follow directions. Staff tried to appease me by offering me another room but it was in...

“Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again”

“Room was full of bugs, walls were dirty, floor looked like it has never been cleaned. I stayed here with my wife and kids and everyone went to bed afraid the bugs were going to attack them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here the place needs a serious remodel.”
