“Dovevamo arrivare all'una di notte, ho scelto questi hotel perché c'è scritto reception h24.. inveve il nostro volo ha avuto un ritardo di 2 ore quindi ho scritto subito a loro che avrei ritardato ma non mi hanno risposto, arrivate là fortunatamente mi hanno aperto la porta dicendomi che era tardi mi ha dato le chiavi ma non ci hanno chiesto documenti durante il soggiorno. La camera era piccolina ma per quello che paghi ci sta, almeno le lenzuola erano pulite, le fermate dei bus e metro a 5...

“Had a really nice welcome when i arrived. Room was of a good standard and reasonably priced for London Marathon compared to some places. Overall a comfortable stay. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of noise and the doors opening and closing were quite loud through the night. But it is London afterall i guess. ”

“When I needed to get in I call the helpline and the person on the other side of the phone was so helpful, warn and inviting. No fath with having to meet anyone just gave me a code. The room is clean sand cosy. And it felt very safe. And the station is just on the other side of the road. Would stay again. ”

“El anuncio da a confusión porque pone que tendrás el apartamento para disfrutarlo con quien vayas de viaje, no es verdad, hay más gente porque son habitaciones alquiladas dentro de un apartamento. Los baños dan miedo de estropeados que están, la gente que se duchaba ahí inundaba hasta el pasillo. Habitación de no fumadores pero resulta que hay un agujero en la pared del armario y entra el olor a tabaco de al lado, había que abrir la ventana porque la habitación es pequeña y no se podía respirar...

“Room right next to the main rd, no double glazing, Shared bathroom very very small and not maintained, If you run the taps it smells and generally smelled of damp! Clean bedding but towels were not. All need a good review of maintenance and put right, the room did what was required. Not sure if fire compliant has signs and extinguishes but not sure when last checked and the fire door had gaffa tape on! Would I stay there again NO.”

“I refused to stay here on the condition of the block - poorly maintained, rubbish strewn about, front door insecure when I arrived. Missold via the photos (not of the block and none of the room) and misdescribed - it is not a hotel and I wouldn’t describe it as lodging rooms nor a guesthouse either.
