“Overall a good one night stay. When we arrived at 3:30 PM the hotel’s Internet was down. We had to wait in the lobby until about 5:30 PM before they let us into our room. They delivered the room cards around 6:15 PM. The staff was good about this but a little disappointed after a 4 hour drive from the southeast side of Houston. Four stars overall.”

“Front desk attendant was friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed. Room faced highway and was a little loud. AC unit was very loud. Breakfast was not ready at 6 am (as advertised), so we weren't able to eat anything before heading to airport. TV was a great size and we appreciated having access to HBO Max. Convenient to airport and provided shuttle service every 1/2 hour (we had a rental car and didn't use it). Pleasantly surprised for the price and would stay again.”

“Inside was spotless. Workout room was lacking but of most importance was the pool area. The pool was filthy and the area around the pool was filthy with bird poop everywhere. The water level was too high so skimmer was ineffective.”

“I picked this place because it was close to the airport, it had a pool, and shuttle to the airport. Plus the reviews were decent. But, the pool was green and no one was using it. The faucet in the sink was loose and just a trickle of water came out. The room keys never worked on the door by the elevator.
