“The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean.

“We had to change rooms three times. The first room had the treasures you see in the photos attached to this review, including but not limited to c*m rags by the bed, fresh pee stains on the floor next to the toilet and a lovely mystery stain on the desk. We shared this with the one person on staff, and she quickly moved us into another room. Right away it was apparent the window ac unit didn't work in the second room. We called the one lady on staff once again and after she very diligently tried...
