“MERTUR HOTEL IS THE BEST
I have booked a room for me and my mom at this hotel in Antalya and wow! It has been such a perfect choice because the hotel is super nice, very clean and with a modern design.
There are 5 floors and luckily we were on the 5th from which we could see the sea.
Our room 504 was very comfortable, clean and very spacious with a cute balcony.

“We stayed at this hotel for one week, and it was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
Upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of our room. The toilet seat was covered in urine scale and stains, the bed sheets had mold spots on them, and the bathroom was full of mold. The walls, furniture, and surfaces were dirty, and even the chair looked so unhygienic that we did not want to sit on it.
As it was already late in the evening, we could not get a new room immediately. We were...
