“Showed up and tried checking in. Computer system was down. Took a while to come back up. The bed sucked. It was very worn out. Mattress too soft. Stream in shower consisted of 2 jets. Couldn’t get shampoo out of my hair. Wouldn’t ever stay there again!”

“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

“There were people in the hall knocking on doors asking for help. This was in the late hours of the evening. I tried to call the front desk in order to notify them but the phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone but did not get an answer. This lasted at least 15 minutes. It was upsetting.
The remote control cover for the batteries was gone.
The fan in the bath room did not work. It was hot in there after showering. Caused us to sweat
There were coffee stains...
