“There was someone else's soiled, stiff washcloth still in the shower. There was no hot water to shower in. They didn't leave clean wash clothes in the bathroom. There was only half a role of toilet paper in the bathroom, no spare role. They charged me an extra $2 / day to use the kitchenette, yet there ne no bowls or spoons or anything to be able to use in the kitchenette. They charged a $10 / day room service fee. Yet, the beds were not made, there were no clean towels, garbage was never...

“There was a long wait for check-in, as no one was stationed at the front desk. Their server didn’t show up for breakfast. Some of the hotel was a little dated and the updated portions were not done professionally. I pay a little extra to stay at Hilton with the expectation it will be a little nicer and a better experience than the average. Also, personal pet peeve but no exhaust fans in the bathroom which is nice to have when staying with a family. Not a terrible stay but just disappointed.”
