“We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness.”

“The property was really clean.
Amogh( receptionist) was really really nice. He helped us with room upgrade as it was our anniversary. i felt really happy with the way he treated us and went all the way to help us with room upgrade and gave us a fair price as well. i would love to visit again.
we had a balcony view room with a personal lobby area as well.

“The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s so close to the tram line so travel was a breeze. Lovely coffee pod machine and tea in the room.”

“A primo impatto sembra una catapecchia, perché non ha i bagni in camera, la struttura è molto vecchia, non ha l’aria condizionata, ma poi stando lì un paio di giorni capisci il vantaggio della struttura. È nella zona più centrale di Adelaide, di fronte il mercato ed è una zona molto fornita di servizi. ”

“Tell people when they book that it's a work site with jackhammers and that basic amenities are out of order the actual apartment was beautiful but getting in and out was a pain and you knew I was in a wheelchair but your workmen blocked the wheelchair access and laughed at my difficulties ”
