Only fly in the ointment was that the food was expensive&the taste could have been better. 5. Overall would give a 4 star rating out of 5.”

“The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again.”

“We paid 11k for one night. The room we were given had no windows, was so tight they after putting in the rollaway, the only way to get off the bed was from the other end. The location is quite far from central Coimbatore. There aren't many food options right by and the road is very busy so it takes time to cross the street. They also offer breakfast up until 10:30 am after which all you can get is a sandwich and coffee. Ah yes, and in the 11k, breakfast was NOT included. ”

The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. “The towels were dirty, though they changed it the new ones were the same as old ones. Food was the worst part, nothing was available except tea and coffee. To top it off the manager was very unpleasant. About the property itself, it’s placed in a very scenic location and all we enjoyed was the nature from the room sit out. That was the good part.”
