“when I first got to the property, they told me my reservation had been cancelled. I was very upset. I was told to "hold on, while I ask my manager what to do" so the "manager" came over and told her to "rei-instate" the reservation. I was charged MORE for something that was not my fault. I tried to explain that that is not the price that I booked online. she didn't have anything to say about it. I also was not aware that I had to pay almost $20 A DAY for parking! “Wonderful place to stay. Parking was kind of tight and you do pay $10 to park and they hold $50 for deposit which was no biggie. Biggest issue breakfast buffet cost $16 and that was kind of steap. Never paid for hotel breakfast. I'd much rather have the option to spend more money for the jet skis and other attractions that were a plus for me.”
