“El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento. La alfombra de la habitación estaba mojada por el aire acondicionado, el techo del baño tenía un hoyo y el papel tapiz de las paredes se estaba despegado, no tenía bolsa para ropa sucia, los enchufes de las lámparas para conectar los cables y cargar los celulares, no funcionaban y la puerta del balcón no habría.
El área de la alberca sin mantenimiento y nunca hubo toallas.
El buffet fue lo mejor del servicio.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Parking was kind of tight and you do pay $10 to park and they hold $50 for deposit which was no biggie. Biggest issue breakfast buffet cost $16 and that was kind of steap. Never paid for hotel breakfast. I'd much rather have the option to spend more money for the jet skis and other attractions that were a plus for me.”

“The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were overall clean. However, we woke up the first morning to find that the ceiling was covered in either mold or mildew or something. We alerted the man at the front desk in the mornings, and he was largely unhelpful and a bit snippy, telling us that the manager wouldn't be there for days and that we could move rooms, but he didn't know if one would be available.
