“When we arrived from an all day trip we found out the pool and jacuzzi were closed. When I went to my room I found an open condom package in the bedroom on a seat like cushion. “The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. “Loved the location, room was nice. Bathroom door got in the way a lot. It swung open blocking the hallway. Bar was nice. Breakfast was great. The hotel store is well stock but obscenely expensive. $7.20 for a small bottle of pelligrino. Parking is $10 an hour or Valet for $47 a night. We don't regret our stay just be preparded for expense.”

“For the price of staying one week at $1,500. one would expect more than a one tiny bar of soap and a ¼ oz of lotion! No complementary breakfast bar! Our Starbucks breakfast for came to $250. Really disappointed in no amenities- if you wanted to use a pool - had to go next door to the Fairfield Inn! Plus - hotel was so hard to find - and - entrances and exits - had the go only 1 way (right turn) go for blocks to turn around... poorly planned!”

“I had fallen in the parking lot and skimmed my arm pretty bad. The associate at the desk cleaned my wound and managed my arm. He went out of his way and very cordial and helpful. This happened on June 14 around 11 AM. The amenities were terrific. Had a great breakfast and a great day. I would recommend. The hotel to others.”
