“Hotel needs a lot of modernization. Bath was strained brown, there was some kind of mold or something behind the toilet bowl.
Breakfast was not good. Tiny muffins with no description. People screaming at each other at about 1 am!! And someone running up and down the hallway.
This is not as promised In the brochure. I was embarrassed as I had booked a friend a room on our journey back home and this was the place I booked. Wish I could get a refund.”

“The hotel was clean, well staffed with knowledgeable and nice people. It’s just older, one ice machine on 1st floor, SMALL rooms and bathrooms.
No hot tub in pool area, just an overall older and small place”

“All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls...
