“Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area.”

“The only reason I booked this hotel was because it offered an airport shuttle, but I still had to order and pay for an Uber since the shuttle service starts at 5 a.m. and I needed to be at the airport by 4:30 a.m., which was really disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was great.”

“The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and the continental breakfast is complete. We only had an issue with the shuttle; it is important that they specify the service hours, because we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle service but had to pay for a taxi since they didn't have a shuttle running at 6:00 AM.”

“Friendly staff, clean room and food is decent. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean and looks really inviting. Great location from the airport. Fresh coffee every morning and hot water if you prefer tea. The only suggestion I would have is maybe some yogurt for a healthier option.”

“My first stay at this hotel in March was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was a major letdown. The black mold on the tiles was disgusting, and the shower didn’t work. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom was the only thing that made me want to leave.
I had to travel again and decided to give them a second chance. This time, the shower was still dingy, and black mold was worse. When I checked in, I was too tired to pay attention to anything else.
The next morning, I woke up to find...
