“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”

“Perfect location to visit Hull Uni. Parking available. Room was Ok but one ceiling light was not working. The bathroom was clean but needed some t.l.c. Bedroom was a good size and clean. good facilities. bed mattress was too soft for my wife and I but comfortable. Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit. “Greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave lots of information about the stay. Nice modern room with aircon and a nice size shower. The bed was on the hard size for me. I can see why the room came with earplugs two packs would have been nice since I had to give them to my partner so I was left hearing others move about. Nice not to worry about parking. Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. “We had 2 large rooms for a family break. Hosts were very welcoming and went that extra mile to make us feel at home. Tasty vegan breakfasts went down with group and the availability of the breakfast room during the day was also useful. Very comfy beds. Nice to see the various friendly rescue animals / pets. Location is in a quiet street which is a few minutes walk from regular bus services to city centre / pubs / food. We plan to return.”

“Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . “Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 ”
