“We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022.
Still trying to get a refund through VRBO.
Avoid at all costs!”

“Wonderful customer service.
I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late.
This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track.
Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.”

“Very convoluted way to get to the room. Extremely inconvenient stairs if you have luggage. With a slight investment they could make it more convenient by making the corridor of one level.”
