“Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5). “Stayed here due to baseball tournament. The home was great nice and clean everything updated and new enough space for what we needed it for! Near by supermarket, gas, starbies etc! perfect location. Beds could be a lil bit bigger and more comfortable but room was a good size. The first night we slept well the second night i dont know what the heck neighbors were doing going up and down the stairs, opening and closing doors slamming doors not ideal for those tho need to wake up early to get to...

“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !!
This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it).
Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !”
