“At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...

“Bed Bugs Bed Bugs Bed Bugs and they have the nerve to not want to refund me I was there literally about 3 hours I even have a picture that I shared with the front desk sent email with picture I was told to contact Expedia they can only refund me 25 dollars in credit on their end .......So if I was you I'd go somewhere else never again......BED BUGS BED BUGS BES BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS BES BUGS BED BUGS”

“The room is outdated weathered and not happy that the floor kept getting all wet when we showered there were ants on our nightstand. However the room was clean and the staff was helpful, and I see construction being done in the property. Also breakfast was great. Just a suggestion, you should add breakfast potatoes that would have completed my breakfast. I will stay again”
