“The food in the restaurant there was quite good. The key staff was quite reliable. Their Fish Fry was top notch and fresh and they assured me of that and lived upto the claim.
The room was also quite spacious. There was a problem with the TV , but they soon came and replaced it in 5 mins.
The only drawback I saw was that there were tiny cockroaches in the room which I knew they will not be able to address. Since it was only a 1 night stay we decided to ignore it. Had it not been for this...

“First of all I booked the royal hotel through Expedia, after booked I called the royal hotel through the number given by Expedia but I was shocked after speaking with the receptionist, he told to cancel the booking, we are not accepting the booking online.”

“Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information.
Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway.”
