“The HVAC was thundering thru our room we didn’t sleep a wink we called down 3 times and John said that’s how it is .at 2 am it started beeping and thundering it was like we were on top of freezers and the compressors were so loud . He finally told us he would comp out night and in the morning they charged us for the room but not the parking spot.
Never going back again”

“We are up super late to stay the night left in the morning. Nothing really good or bad to say There were people in chairs in the hallway which I found kind of weird, but I don’t know.”

“Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance.
Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks.
Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost.”

“The rooms were up to date, looked newly renovated and very clean. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I always find the slight hint of bleach from the sheets very reassuring. The buffet had lots of variety and the coffee was delicious. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.”
