“The first staff member I made contact with, Bhree, was very rude and Not helpful at all. I didn't want to stay there at all due to the horrible way I was treated on arrival. I was urged by another guest who said that never happened to anyone else, give it a chance, I will love it. So, I did. The guest was correct. Every single staff member I came in contact after Bhree was wonderful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Great roof top party on Thursday nights!!

“It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case.
