“The hotel and grounds are just beautiful. The staff is wonderful. For the price I was really surprised at how barren the room was. Very cheap looking, very sparse bedding no extra blankets no coffee maker. I recently stayed at a comfort Inn and it had free breakfast coffee maker in the room comparing the actual room. “We have stayed this hotel for the last four years for an event we attend. It is the best kept secret in the area. You feel like you are in your own private lodge away from everything. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and the price for seniors is so nice. The pool area rivals those at high end resorts. Many areas to relax and quietly read a book. The staff was so very nice both at the front desk and the restaurant. Just a top-notch visit.”

“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.”
