Hotel 3 stelle a Norfolk

“It was fine but I don't think I'd stay there again. I booked here because it was within walking distance to the venue for a concert we were attending ~ the hotel and room were very nice, but (to me) way overpriced. If money is no object, it's enjoyable and convenient to so many things.”

“Home was clean and well stocked with coffees and teas, which we appreciated. But there were several maintenance issues we didn’t get a response to. Clothes dryer didn’t work. Bathroom sink was partially clogged so didn’t drain well. And the lock stopped working with my app. Googled a way to reset it and ended up working again, but didn’t get help from owner when I reached out. ”

“Parking was difficult. Staff was short and rude when asked for direction. Considering it’s the first face of the hotel you see it certainly doesn’t go far towards creating a welcoming atmosphere.”

“Our room keys never work after numerous attempts having all reset up and down from 10th floor although they offered another room but know guarantee the view would be same or better so two day stay was okay ”

“The room and halls smelled of cigarettes. The room was a nice size but it was definitely not well cleaned. It was pretty dirty with stains all over the walls in the room, bathroom, hallways, and elevator.”
