You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank.”

“This property was in a great location and very close to EVMS, CHKD, ODU and Naval Station Norfolk. It was clean, quiet and very convenient. Although I gave 5 stars my only negative is the property owner should consider replacing their towels and bed linen. Although they were clean, they were all very dingy and bordering on dirty looking. In spite that I do recommend this place as I will definitely consider staying again on my next visit(s).”

“I’m so happy that I chose this property to stay at for my time at Va beach! It truly felt like home rather than just a hotel stay. It was waterfront with just a short walk through the parking lot to get to the beach. If you want to stay waterfront and avoid the crowds, this is your place to be! “From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with the smell of freshly cleaned floors, linens, and counter tops. I was very impressed by the customer service of our hosts and the speed at which they responded to any of our questions. They were very kind and respectful as well. We were visiting from NY, and the house was pleasantly bigger than what we expected. They provided clean linens and basically everything we needed for the weekend. “This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again.”

“I really wanted to give this home a 5 star, as our issue/concern was honestly out of the owners hands. When we walked in, we were immediately disappointed with the strong odor of marijuana. Contact was made right away with the owner. She was very responsive, and also disappointed with our experience. We ended up going out to eat, and when we came back, we went upstairs to the bedroom. We shut the door, and opened the windows so we could sleep without the smell. Sadly, I feel like the odor...
