“Stayed here 2 nights. The pillowtop beds were very comfortable but the pillows were just ok. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean however the diagonal toilet set up was odd and trouble some in shutting the door. All in all the hotel was convenient to our needs and clean. Not sure if I would stay again other then the comfortable beds. Just remember nothing in this world is perfect.”

“2 things about this hotel that would keep me from staying there again. First, the elevator situation is terrible. With only 1 elevator, guests were forced to use the single service elevator. I had to make it difficult for the staff to do their jobs, when the elevator they need it full of guests. And secondly, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, in recent memory. It was long past its life. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.”

“Staff was great with self inflicted issues at checkin.
Breakfast was fresh and plentiful even on BUSY mornings.
Pool area, fitness center are absolutely a hidden gym compared to other hotels in the area. Absolutely will stay again
Cons: parking garage/self parking is extra (i believe was $18/night) Must check in by parking on the street before you can park. Leaving your vehicle in an ACTIVE lane of traffic.”

“This is the worst Hotel in the World! Do not stay HERE! The pics will have your thinking differently. When I checked in the staff was not friendly and then when I got to my room it was roaches in there in the sink. I was there for every bit of 5 mins and gone! Tried to get my money back and they will not give it to me. I'm still trying to get my money back. Its my money. I still haven't got my deposit. I have contacted higher up on them. I'm Pissed and they nasty! The damn drawer didn't close in...

“The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.”
