“El hotel tiene excelente ubicación.
Del staff, se puede sacar el bartender y los de seguridad qué son muy amables.
Las "housekeping", limpian super lentooo...
Te vas a las 8am y llegas a las 4pm y no han limpiado, además son poco amables.
No tiene laundry.
Las de recepción ni una sonrisa te regalan.
El hotel, no tiene buena limpieza.”

“There was no air conditioning in our room due to power outage. We were moved to another room however 2 of our guests had to sleep on the floor and the room next to ours had a leak in the bathroom that came into our room through the night”

“The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.”
