“My room had remnants of bar soap in the shower. And as I was packing up, I noticed that the mattress protector was stained a brown/dark yellow. I spoke to the front desk. Zero refund was offered. I showed her the picture and she said ew that’s gross. And that’s about it. I’ve stayed here multiple times so I was really disappointed with this stay.”

“Being in a crisis and needing a room just for a night. I was refused a room after waiting from 11am on a thursday to 3 pm for availability. Only to give my ID card to the lady behind the desk to be told they arent supposed to rent out to local people. I though cash talks but my money was no good here. Dont really know what els to say but i needed help hadthe money to pay for what i thought they were advertising but apparently not. Hope that itnever happens to them when they need help. ”

“Stayed one night. Check in was efficient (I like the 3pm check in) and the staff was Pleasant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well and AC cooled the room well.”

“I’ve been there many times, the room was excellent. The room service was excellent. The girl that brought the room service was fantastic.
My only complaint is the person to check me in was very rude standoffish I got there at 12 o’clock and she charged me $50 extra to get me a room key. Otherwise you told me I had t to wait until 3 o’clock if I didn’t wanna pay a fee and she said if I came back at 2 o’clock, she only charged me $25 and it wasn’t as much the money as her attitude. It also was not...
