The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. “Terrible hotel!
Everything is very scrappy and used out. Defiitely not worth the Gour Points name. When I arrived my room was 45 degree F as heating was not working. They moved me to another room where heating was sort of ok but the temperature controller was broken so The machine went on and off all jight with lots of noise.
Personnel not very nice, almost rude and not supportive
I do not recommend this hotel”
