“Place was just off the freeway and close by the airport. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was so-so. Waffles were adequate. The other hot food though...meh. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.”

“I promise you, you do not want to stay here. We got room 123 and it was digusting. All the fixtures were falling apart and when I went to check the bed I moved the fitted sheet and all you can smell is animal pee. “Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Accommodating. Informative. The property however failed to meet my expectations. The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. “Terrible hotel!
Everything is very scrappy and used out. Defiitely not worth the Gour Points name. When I arrived my room was 45 degree F as heating was not working. They moved me to another room where heating was sort of ok but the temperature controller was broken so The machine went on and off all jight with lots of noise.
Personnel not very nice, almost rude and not supportive
I do not recommend this hotel”

“Great location! Steps away from all the charm and quirkiness that is Bayview. We had a beautiful room with a very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and had a delicious dinner at the restaurant downstairs (Sorella) on their patio. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
(One small note- the walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallways and communal kitchen. So just make sure to pack some ear plugs)”
