L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. “This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for.
