“Il est dit que le check in est en tout temps, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivées, il nous a été dit que notre réservation n'était plus valable vu que nous arrivions après minuit. Cela est très mauvais comme accueil, mais cela s'est réglé après des négociations avec une dame très gentille. Sinon tout était parfait. Nous n'avions aucun moyen de communiquer avec l'hotel.”

If you travel by car and need a place to park, park in Parking Lot 1 for the Castle. You can park there overnight and walk a short distance over the bridge to the apartments.
