Very disappointed with this stay, specifically the front desk customer service and lack of transparency.
When booking, we were told that parking was available, but what was not disclosed is that the parking would cost over $100 USD for just two nights. At no point were we informed of the price in advance, nor were we told that there are much cheaper parking options nearby—literally within walking distance—for half the price.
This feels intentionally misleading. Being told “parking is available” without disclosing the cost is not honest business practice, especially when guests are traveling and relying on staff for accurate information. Had we known the actual cost, we would have chosen a different option immediately.
Transparency matters. This experience left a very bad impression, and until the hotel is upfront about parking costs and alternatives, I would not recommend staying here.
