“My room upgrade was cramped. There were huge long scary cracks in the ceiling of the second floor room! The bathroom had no fan and was very cramped for two women getting ready. I can’t imagine having to stay with someone that wasn’t my family. They have no room service even though they have a restaurant right downstairs! When you have a service dog with you the last thing you want to do after a long drive is have to flag a table when they’re all taken and order something to go or walk up...

“We arrived to the property at 4:30pm and a room was not available. We were asked to come back at 5:00 to get the room keys, which delayed us getting to our event. The next morning when I turned on the water to take a shower a bunch of little black bugs came flying out of the drain.”

“Great location near restaurants and a nice mall.
The property looks like a country club from the outside, with a spacious lobby and a bar/coffee bar.
The staff was friendly when we arrived early. They took our name and said they'd alert us when the room was ready.
After lunch, our room still wasn't ready at 3:40. The staff wasn't sure when it would be, so we left again. Ten minutes later, we got a text that our room was ready. It would have been easier to ask us to wait in the lobby for...
