“Avevo forse aspettative troppo alte ma non è al livello di un 4 stelle. Ho riscontrato diversi problemi: pulizia delle stanze e condizioni della camera. C'era muffa sul soffitto, un asciugamano aveva una macchia e la carta igienica non era stata cambiata. Poi un altro aspetto che ho trovato poco intelligente è che per prenotare un massaggio bisognava chiamare un numero di telefono tedesco, mentre in altri hotel potevi prenotare direttamente dalla reception. “L'hotel è molto bello, affascinante. Camere e bagno grandi, confortevoli, ben curati. Salotti e salottini accoglienti, d'epoca come la struttura. Personale molto gentile e professionale (inglese buono ma non ottimo...), pronto ad aiutare. Alcune camere si affacciano sulla strada, ma sono insonorizzate in modo eccellente. Avremmo prolungato il soggiorno ma purtroppo non c'erano più camere disponibili. Torneremo.”

“Das Frühstück hat mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel nix zu tun gehabt. 18 euro pro Person ist ein Skandal. Das Service Personal beim Frühstück bis auf eine Dame war eine Katastrophe, wir und andere Gäste haben sich ihre Tische selber fertig gemacht, An der Rezeption war man dann schon überfordert bei einem Fahrticket Kauf. Ansonsten war das Hotel sauber und gut.Die Dachterrasse hat es wieder rausgeholt.”
