“Good location, staff not overly helpful, mostly young kids not trained in customer service! Rooms clean but bit drab and all but dull / dark. Breakfast okay but again service / quality all a bit lacking. Overall expensive for what it is.”

“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand.

“It was all good except the wifi did not work at all during my stay and the staff has nothing to offer as a back up. Not really ok in this day and age. In all other respects all the staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel is clean and modern and the pool area is lovely. Maybe just think about replacing the outside signage with the name of the hotel on it and give that area a coat of paint. It’s tired and a bit scruffy in comparison to the interiors and it’s the first thing you see on...
