“Lovely stay in a beautiful area with a beautiful city view. Staff was very kind, specifically the bartender with red hair, I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic.
I only give 4 stars because the room itself was clearly not maintained well. The coffee pot when we arrived did not work (which they did offer to fix), the door on the dresser covering the fridge was loose so when you would open it to access the fridge, it would drop down a bit and you’d have to lift it to to close it back....

“Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!”

“Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.”

“We've been staying at this property for years. Great location easy access to the trolley best place to stay in the mountains. we always try to stay there.”

“The seclusion of the property was quite nice. There were only 4 units at the property, which limited the traffic of many people in our are. The property was also really close to every where we wanted to be. The room was clean and seemed to be newly renovated.”
