“Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean.
Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath.
The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking.”

“Overall, a very pleasant experience staying at Novotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering late check out, uninitiated by me, at no extra cost. I would definitely pay the extra for the second floor rooms (deluxe room and above). The increase in price is relatively minor, and the privacy and views from your balcony is well worth it. I would be wary of the restaurant, however. I ordered pasta that had a broken, oily sauce, and a creme brulee that was obviously baked...

“This is the third time we have stayed at The Outrigger Fiji. It is just lovely! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. If you have children, they will be entertained for hours and if you do not have children there is the adults only pool area plus the layout of the grounds, restaurants etc are such that you do not feel on top of each other and certainly have your own space!”

“Amazing location , the staff was extraordinary and made out trip one of the best we stayed at about 4 to 5 5 star resorts over the duration of our stay and not a single one of them could match the level of comfort and friendliness of the staff at the Naviti . The food was fantastic , rooms were clean alongside all of the facilities. They offer a good amount of things to do . “Hotel con spiaggia e bellissimo giardino tropicale, in posizione strategica per le immersioni con gli squali di Beqa Lagoon (adventuredivers@connect.con.fj).
Diffidate delle offerte speciali con 35% di sconto a meno che non siate disposti ad avere il pavimento del bagno allagato.
Mi sono trovata bene comunque, grazie alla gentilezza dello staff.
Peccato che mi siano spariti dai bagagli lasciati aperti: una maglietta del Sudafrica a cui ero molto affezionata e una bustina porta chiavi turchese...
