“The hotel was under renovation and this was not notified anywhere and in any moment during the reservation process on the hotels.com portal. I contacted the hotel for info and they just sent me a note asking to bring a credit card at the moment of the check-in but no advise regarding the ongoing renovation works, the fact the sauna was closed and the breakfast was so poor like I have never seen in any other hotel.”

“Great service, nice area, close to the city center. The rooms are large, but taking a shower is not so simple, due to the height of the bathtub and the glass. Maybe this is not the same in all the rooms. Moquette should be replaced with a wood floor. Excellent breakfast. In any case, I will choose this hotel also next time. ”

“Siamo arrivati e nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera familiare (siamo in 4) ci hanno dato le chiavi di una matrimoniale. tornati indietro alla reception (il personale è stato molto gentile) abbiamo segnalato il disguido e ci hanno fornito un'altra stanza di nuovo matrimoniale. Infine ci hanno nuovamente assegnato una nuova stanza con due brandine per i bimbi. A noi andava bene comunque ma mi sembra strano che pur avendo la nostra prenotazione da tempo non avessero predisposto una camera con...
