The hotel was under renovation and this was not notified anywhere and in any moment during the reservation process on the hotels.com portal. I contacted the hotel for info and they just sent me a note asking to bring a credit card at the moment of the check-in but no advise regarding the ongoing renovation works, the fact the sauna was closed and the breakfast was so poor like I have never seen in any other hotel.
