Hotel vicino a Adventist GlenOaks Hospital - Chicago

“This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again.”

“Easy check in… clean room. Comfortable bed. Lots of pillows. Breakfast was great… plenty to choose from. Close to I355 and great restaurants and bars.”

Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Don't let the photos deceive you — I would never recommend this place to anyone. The room had a broken door that allowed air to flow through the gap underneath. The bedding was dirty with visible stains, the counters and mirror were unclean, and the bathroom had hair on both the counter and toilet. I requested a different room, but they were unable to accommodate. I refused to pay to stay in those unsafe conditions, yet they would not issue a refund. As a result, I was charged for the night...
