“Hotel clean, sports bar food and drinks good, breakfast good , hotel close to orange line to go downtown Chicago and hotel shuttle 24hr was amazing”

“There was no charging port in the room, the clock was not attached to anything and the cords were frayed. The room did not have a black out shade so my room was fully sun filled from 0515 till 2030. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. Room 320.”

“My room was dirty, and smelled like wet dog or mildew upon arrival. Was highly upset and the hotel was fully booked out so I could ‘t even ask for another room. The shower was really bad at keeping the water inside the shower-well which caused the water to seep into the carpet no matter how many towels we put down. Couldn’t take a shower without there being a ginormous puddle of water on the floor. & the ac barely worked which made the room even more humid/mildew smelling. Would not book this...

“VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”

“This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...

“Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.”

“The pictures on Expedia were not what we encountered in the area or the room. We chose not to even stay there. Bad neighborhood and very sketchy.”

“Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!”
