“Nice stay”

“The loft is adorable in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the University of Michigan campus. The loft was neat and clean with just about everything we needed (a couple of wine glasses would have been an added bonus). The bathroom had an amazing large shower with awesome water pressure. “The check-in process was easy and so quick! Upon arrival, we found our parking spot and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the apartment was. It was very clean and spacious; the decorations were very pretty. I appreciated all the amenities, such as kitchen supplies and towels for both the bathroom and kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and so big! Overall, the apartment was soooo nice. We really loved our stay and would love to stay again.”

“Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.”

“Loved the location of this little studio! It was easy to get into Ann Arbor and we enjoyed an evening in Brighton as well. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. “We found the apartment to be very clean but minimally appointed. The location was convenient.”

“The apartment is well fitted to cook full meals and comfortably stay in a peaceful neighborhood. There is some traffic noise but it is minimal. We don't mind white noise but you do need to be able to handle white noise in the summer to sleep with the AC. Our only real "complaint" that makes me consider four stars is the lack of towels(2 body towels total) and the lack of variety/options in bedding/blankets. Otherwise there are little details everywhere that are appreciated.”
