Questo appartamento è situato nella metà inferiore di un duplex a due piani. Recentemente ristrutturato, incluso tutto il nuovo bagno, bancone in granito in cucina e tutti i pavimenti in legno o piastrelle. Smart TV nelle camere da letto e Smart TV via cavo in salotto. Tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti e, se preferisci, vicino a molti ristoranti. Proprio accanto a un caffè! Un minuto a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus. A soli 5 minuti in auto dal centro e 8 minuti in auto dalla Big House.

This is the first time I’ve ever booked a VRBO and let’s just say reading ALL DETAILS of a property is very important. This property was very welcoming with cheerful colors and comfort. Coming from Texas we definitely missed our ceiling fans so at minimum I wished there were those for air circulation. Aside from that, comfort was good. Excellent communication with owners. We had no hot water and Jeff was willing to come to the house at 11 pm to fix it. Fortunately my hubby is a fix it kind of guy so he got it going again. Simple pilot light restart. But the fact Jeff was willing to come at 11 pm was awesome. Oh and the delicious cookies left for us was icing on the cake after a very long day of flying. Downside of the property, the neighbors upstairs. They had no mercy in being up at 5 am daily & stomping around. One morning sounded like they dropped a bowling ball right above our bedroom and another day running down the stairs sounded like a heard of elephants. Lastly, it’s asked that towels & sheets be stripped and all put in the laundry. I know that’s a simple task but if I’m paying a 90 cleaning fee and I’m a guest I personally don’t agree with this. I would never ask my guests to strip sheets or place towels anywhere. I don’t want my guests doing anything but relaxing and no worries while in my home. So while I’m sure many reading this probably have many comments or feelings about this, I’m from the south and southern hospitality is high on my priority list.

This our " go to" VRBO everytime we go Ann Arbor. Love the location, its very close to our daughter's house. Never disappoints, always clean, owners are awesome!

I stayed just two nights while passing through to visit my family. It is convenient to all the main roads around Ann Arbor but also in a quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop next door is a great bonus! It had everything I needed and would have worked well for a longer stay with my teenage child as well.

The rental was in a convenient location, very clean, stocked with essentials, well decorated! The hosts were excellent and even mailed me some items I left behind! Definitely an excellent choice for any visit to Ann Arbor!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms. It is a short walk to the park and pond. We would certainly come back the next time our travels take us to Ann Arbor.

Great Rental in a Great Location. I have monthly out patient procedures, at U of M, and this property is Perfect. I can rest, when need be..great location, if my sisteer & i want to go exploring...i shall definitely stay again!

Very clean and cozy. Loved how spacious the beds were. I had 3 children and two dogs with me and the stay was comfortable. Communication with the owners were clear. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We were in Ann Arbor for an early family Christmas celebration. When we arrived at our VRBO there was a beautiful table top Christmas tree and very tasteful Christmas decorations to welcome us. Our stays at this VRBO are always a good experience. Would highly recommend this VRBO. I'd rate it with as many stars as there are in the rating system!

We had a great stay at this property! The neighborhood is very nice and was so pretty with the fall colors! We traveled with our dog and took him on walks in the evenings through the neighborhood. Hosts were great, even when we locked our self out haha. Upstairs neighbors are also very nice. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness just because we found some old Cheerios under the couches, but bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were spotless. Great place for a couple of people to stay!

All good - clean and comfortable, nice small touches (like great towels, welcome cookies and chocolate), good communication with the host, good location. We would definitely return. Only small negative is that it is a first floor unit, so you can hear the second floor renters walking around upstairs (which was mentioned in the unit description by the hosts). No big deal except in the morning. Because the second floor renters were up earlier than we were, their walking above us woke both my partner and me earlier than we had planned.

The property is located in the perfect spot with lots of shopping and coffee shops nearby. We needed to be close to the hospital but don’t love the congestion of bigger cities so this place was perfect. We were just a few minute drive from downtown but it felt like a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

To our wonderful Hosts Jeff and Diane, Thank You so much for allowing us too spend such a wonderful 3 days at your home. It was perfect. My family Denise (daughter), Ana (Spouse) and Marissa (Granddaughter) had such a wonderful time for Easter 2024. You made your place perfect for our stay. It was very clean and we had all the amenities whic we needed. It was close to the University of Michigan, which Marissa attend's and close to all the shop's, restaurants and the downtown area near by. We will definitely keep you home in mind for a future stay. This small apartment, just down the street from one our favorite restaurants, Zingerman's Roadhouse was wonderful! It's only 10 minutes from campus and Kerrytown. The instructions were clear, and everything was just as stated. An added plus was there being a very nice coffee house called 19 Drips was right next door. Our hosts provided a thoughtful $5 gift card for 19 Drips. we'll definitely be back in the future.
