The staff is excellent in their customer service. They are attentive and courteous. The staff is professional and welcoming. Keep up the great work. The restaurant was great, the breakfast options are wonderful. Highly recommend the oats. The room was clean, spacious and provided a wonderful view. The parking was so accommodating. Truly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Conveniently located near the historic district without being in the middle of the busy neighborhood. I appreciated having parking at the location as well. The room and bathroom had all the conveniences to make my stay comfortable. It was like Hilton asked customers what was practical in rooms/bathrooms, and Hilton delivered on what guests wanted. Only one elevator was working, but it wasn't too much of an issue.

Staff was awesome. Cleanliness was 7-8 out of 10 in our room - some towels were discolored and a few hairs from other guests were in the shower. Rest of the hotel seemed very clean, though. Parking was very tight but fine. Great amenities and service.

We had a few small problems but they were resolved quickly. Our major problem is that there was not enough light in the room - we had to use phone flashlights to find some things.

Terrific Hotel
Stay here from time to time due to location, vibe, the bar and terrific staff. Alina J checked me in and she was delightful…great first impression! Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Bright and clean bathroom. All good.

Would have rated higher but $25 to park was definitely a surprise. Most would stay if they knew the fee ahead of time

The property inside was nice. But we were on the 4th floor past some renovations. The plastic wall made it bery narrow to get by especially with the luggage cart. A dark barked for hours in the room across from us. I contacted the staff downstairs and told him. He asked me if I could control my dogs if they were barking…Granted they hadn’t made a peep. He called and no answer and that was that. They just left and left it to bark. No call the owners. 3 towels for 4 people which I always hate. But there was an OUTRAGEOUS pet fee. Not listed on the booking site of course. $114 for 2 nights with 2 dogs! I could have boarded them for almost the same price for them to be in the room for a few hours at night with us. The breakfast was delicious though. Also the parking situation is ATROCIOUS! There are only a few spots and their almost impossible to get into and navigate. I wish I knew before paying $25 per night. And You aren’t even guaranteed a spot! There is one patch of grass down the street to potty your dog. Otherwise a small pile of leaves by the pet waste trash. I do not recommend bringing pets here.! The area itself welcomes pets but the hotel it terrible at it!

Because our hotel is in the Downtown area, there are limited spots along West Street that have grassy areas. We always want you to feel comfortable bringing dogs to our property; our staff enjoys interacting with our four legged friends!
