“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

“Horrible! I was charged extra for a king balcony room which I was already booked for and given a queen room with balcony. The room was unfinished, no baseboards, dirty carpet, itchy bed sheets and the shower wouldn’t get hot. My husband fell down the stairs due to the hand rail coming out of the wall. The staff were very rude, refused a refund and treated my husbands accident like nothing happened. We were refused extra check out time even though my husband was unable to help due to falling down...

“The place was clean and spacious parking lot. The bed was comfortable but the decor wasn't very normal regular. The shower we liked but the bathroom was missing a mirror. Couldn't shave properly. Maybe a couple of chairs and a table too instead of a weird 2 seater sofa on the side of the bed. I guess the room was a little small for a table. My wife can't climb stairs easily and it was the last room they had on the first floor. The staff were super nice and helpful. The girl did tell us that if...

“Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.”
