“Don’t book here the pictures on the Expedia website are deceiving and not true it is not nice nor clean. They gave us bloody towels there was food on the bed and mold everywhere. It looks like a place where illegal situations happen this hotel nasty ghetto the worst I have ever seen in my life.”

“The property as well as the room were very poorly maintained. The room had a mildewy smell. Small dead roaches near the bed. Outlets without covers. The only positive is the private pier.”

“Staff was great! The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent! Only complaint I would have would be regarding the hot tub. It said there was a hot tub but upon arrival was told the hot tub is no longer hot and marked as a kids pool.”

“Property was very spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful where they can. When we asked staff for missing soaps and coffee, staff told us that because this is Airbnb property, they don’t provide soap or coffee. Also, TV was never able to connect due to the poor WiFi. There is no profanity, price or any personal information mentioned in my review.”

“This property is very deceiving! This is my second review they wouldn't let me post the first one so hopefully this one make it. To start i booked through Expedia and they didn't help with my issues at the property. I booked a double queen room with a sofa bed and clearly my beds were full size! All three! “Place got the job done as far as giving me a place to sleep. The room was just not very clean, sheets had stains in them, mirror had spots on them, and overall room hygiene wasn’t up to par, but i guess that’s what you expect in these kind of bnb.”

“This was the first time we have stayed in Seadrift and I just wanted it to be nice for our 56th anniversary. But, this rental was not just nice- it was truly exceptional. “Great breakfast, quiet hotel, and the Rockport City Beach park was a short drive across the road. You could walk but it would be about a mile long. The pool was small but nice. For some reason it was closed during our stay. I am guessing chemical treatment because the smell was so strong.”

“For the price the motel is decent. Keep in mind if you rent the top room 3 beds. It’s above the owners home. If you have kids, this isn’t for you. I got a complaint we “were making too much noise” felt like we were walking on eggshells to not make noise. Pool is nice.”

“All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. ”

“Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.”

“Property to my understanding should have been smoke free. Female employee was smoking, smoke was coming to our room. She would also smoke close to swimming pool, smoke would come there too. Many cigarette butts in front of the property.”
