“This property appeared very nice and and is kept very clean. The staff was not the most pleasant with the exception of the First Lady that checked me in. She was very kind and welcoming. The morning staff was not the same.

“The hotel was nice and the staff was awesome!!
The only suggestion I’d make is to add a few more luggage carts. Both at check in which was late afternoon and check out which was around 5 am there wasn’t any to be found and there didn’t seem to be anyone else checking out leaving the hotel at that time. My son in law drove us on to the airport and then went back to the hotel and someone brought a cart and left outside our room but by then it was too late.

“The staff was not very helpful. I initially got a complementary water bottle when checking in, I stayed for 3 nights and requested a water bottle the staff said that I had to pay for it. I had a lot of issues because I requested clean sheets and they ignored my request. It took more that 5 visits to the lobby to resolve this matter. It was very frustrating to say the least.”
