“At a really great location, literally a block from the train, and two blocks from the Eiffel tower. We walked everywhere from there!”

“It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.”

“The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again.”

“Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.”

Vicino ad una delle stazioni di treni e metro di snodo principali di tutta parigi e su cui sorge tra l'altro un centro commerciale di tre piani!.A piedi si possono facilmente raggiungere monumenti come Museo del Louvre , Notre Dame , Centro Pompidou etc etc.....! ”

“El cuarto es pequeño, en la foto se ve mas grande, sin embargo el lugar es limpio, otro detalle es que te piden un deposito en garantia de 100 euros con tarjeta de credito, que nunca me dijeron cuando reserve por expedia”

“The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom”

“We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

“We loved our stay at this quaint and cozy apartment. It was plenty spacious enough for my tween daughter and me. Location was fantastic. Close walk to metro station and tons of shops and restaurants. Loved the floor to ceiling window with a small balcony overlooking the street. We had two very minor issues while there, and the maintenance tech was there within 20 minutes of contacting the host company and quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend!!!”

“Nel complesso un buon posto dove soggiornare, soprattutto per la comodità dei trasporti arrivando dall'aeroporto di Orly e per la scelta di ristoranti etnici della zona. Purtroppo la camera e le dotazioni non sono state sufficienti in quanto a pulizia, almeno per quanto riguarda i miei standard personali.”
