Bello e spazioso, il mio studio, completamente rinnovato a settembre 2012, si trova nel 4 ° arrondissement di Parigi (Le Marais / Beaubourg), vicino a tutti i servizi: trasporti pubblici, caffè, ristoranti ...

Questo affascinante monolocale di 35 m² non fumatori vi dà il benvenuto al 6 ° e ultimo piano (ascensore al 5 ° piano). Apprezzerai la sua chiarezza e la magnifica vista sui tetti di Parigi.

Il mio studio comprende una cucina americana completamente attrezzata (grande frigorifero, forno tradizionale, microonde, ecc.), Un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, nonché un soggiorno con letto matrimoniale a scomparsa e letto aggiuntivo.

Piccolo e grazioso appartamento in palazzo signorile in posizione centrale. Vicino ad una delle stazioni di treni e metro di snodo principali di tutta parigi e su cui sorge tra l'altro un centro commerciale di tre piani!.A piedi si possono facilmente raggiungere monumenti come Museo del Louvre , Notre Dame , Centro Pompidou etc etc.....!

Posizione ottima, a 150m da les Halles, tutto il centro raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e una vasta scelta di locali dove poter mangiare a due passi. L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, nonostante sia piccolino gli spazi sono gestiti benissimo, noi ci siamo stati in 3. Il bagno è grande, e l'arredo curato al minimo dettaglio ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa tua. Lo consiglio sicuramente per un ottimo soggiorno a Parigi!

Monolocale situato in posizione centralissima nel Marais, a 150 m. dal Beaubourg e da Les Halles. Parcheggi pubblici vicinissimi. Zona vivacissima e sicura. Alloggio ristrutturato da poco, molto curato, con mobili moderni e accessori da cucina di qualità (comprese lavastoviglie e lavatrice). La sig. Christel è stata molto gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Alloggio perfetto per 2 persone ma anche noi che eravamo in 3 ci siamo trovati benissimo. Spero di poterci ritornare e lo consigliamo.

I would highly recommend this studio apartment for staying in Paris. Excellent location, spacious for up to 3 people, nice large walk-in shower, hair dryer, steamer, closet, lots of plugs and mirrors, and great service from the host. I honestly can't say enough about this studio apartment - it was just perfect for our girls trip to Paris. At night, if you glance out of the kitchen window - you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Lots of cafes within walking distance and a little market right around the corner for quick items like bottled water. You can ride the elevator to the 5th floor, then you simply walk up a few stairs to the 6th floor. At night, it can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open - but when they are closed its perfectly quiet. I would stay here over and over again! It was truly perfect - you won't be disappointed - BOOK right away!!! Fantastic Studio!!!

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere, there were many metro stations close by. Westfield shopping centre was nearby to buy food to cook in the apartment and so many shops and restaurants around.

The apartment is very well positioned, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is within walking distance of many landmarks including Notre Dame, the Louvre, Pompidou and in the Marais, Place de Vosges. Les Halles metro station is a few minutes walk which is conveniently on the direct line to Charles de Gaulle airport. The apartment was comfortable and quiet even though it is on the busy Boulevard de Sébastopol.as long as you keep the windows closed. A highlight was seeing the tip of the Eiffel Tower, Invalid and even Sacre Coeur from the attic windows. A great place to base yourself in Paris.

The property was clean and very nice and perfect for our stay. The location was great with restaurants everywhere and a short walk to the train and metro. Also, we could easily walk to the Seine River and Notre Dame. The property manager, Paul, meet us at the entry door to the building and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. He was very helpful explaining where items were in the apartment and answered all our questions. We would stay there again!

Had a great stay. A wonderful neighborhood to stay in, and close walks to the metro and Notre Dame. Tons of eateries in the area. Apartment was perfect for our purposes (father/daughter senior trip), as it had everything we needed. Felt very secure in the apartment. You can just see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the window.

This apartment was perfect for one or two people. Great location, 5 minutes from Chatelet Les Halles, a straight shot to CDG. Multiple metro stations nearby. Pompidou Center is in your back yard. Apartment was clean and well maintained, with good heat and hot water in the shower. Well furnished for a rental, including the dishwasher and washing machine. The one flight of stairs is fine other than getting your luggage in and out, I walked down to the ground floor every time.

Paul answered all my questions prior to visiting Paris. Information was accurate and helped save us 100 euro when a driver wanted to take us to the studio from CDG off meter for 145 euro! The location was perfectly located. Shops, restaurants, and metro so close. The studio was very clean. It was nice to have a washer in the apartment. Plenty of sunlight, very warm and cozy We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very nice studio in a great location in the fourth Arrondissement, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Our only issue was that the owner communicated that he would need us at 6:30 PM that evening, but didn’t send this email until late that day, and we didn’t get it in a timely manner. We got there at the initially stated time and had to wait 45 minutes. Fortunately nearby neighbors were very helpful and invited us into their apartment.

Great place to stay with easy access to one of the bigger metro/train stations. Very clean and well equipped. You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. Paul was very responsive and courteous. Our flights kept getting delayed and he was able to meet us at the property later than the anticipated check in. We would definitely stay here again!
