“I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Attention la j avoue j’ai été un peu seul car personne ne m’a accueillit donc pour manger eh bien on était livrée à nous même ce qui est déstabilisant surtout où l’hôtel est situé.
